Description
Whether you have some dumbbells or some bands and your body-weight my program is designed for people who want to train from the comfort of their home with a minimum amount of equipment and have the goal to get fit, burn fat, tone up and/or build muscle.
It’s a 5day split which will challenge you even if you are and advanced trainee but also it’s built for a beginner as you can apply different intensities as your fitness levels increase.
