Signing up to my 1 on 1 personal training package gives you the opportunity to be trained in the gym or outdoors by me, where I will personally supervise, teach, tweak, motivate and push you to make sure you will get the best possible workout to help you reach your goals in the most safe and effective way possible.
Regardless of who you are and what your goals are, I can help you be successful. I treat all of my clients the same, regardless of whether they are a complete beginner, a competitive athlete, someone getting ready for an event or someone who is morbidly obese.

How Does It Work?
I am your personal trainer and will be there for you every step of the way to make sure your form is perfect, you don’t get injured and you push yourself beyond what you thought it’s possible.
I will be your support and accountability system throughout your fitness journey whether that is fat loss, muscle building , strength training, transforming your body or simply becoming healthier.
After I collect some information via a questionnaire you will fill up and after purchasing the package, we will book a 30 min 1 on 1 or online consultation where we will speak more about you, your goals and your current fitness situation so I can understand and help you better.
Based on that, in our sessions we will apply different training styles and techniques to help you reach your goal and on top of that I will design a personalized program. (training, nutrition, supplement plans) which will also include video tutorials and detailed explanation of every aspect that you will need to cover in order to help you smash your fitness goals in a safely and effectively manner. We will be in touch 24/7 via email and/or phone to make sure you are completely in charge of the process and you stay on top of your game.
