After I collect some information via a questionnaire you will fill up and after purchasing the package, we will book a 30 min consultation where we will speak more about you, your goals and your current fitness situation.
Then based on that I will design a personalized program. (training, nutrition, supplement plans) which will also include video tutorials and detailed explanation of every aspect that you will need to cover in order to help you smash your fitness goals in a safely and effectively manner. We will be in touch 24/7 via email and we will also have a 30 min weekly catch up to make sure you are completely in charge of the process and you stay on top of your game.
