A unique approach
Hi! I am Razz. I started my journey at the age of 8 when I started
playing handball. From the age of 13 I played semi-professionally until
the age of 18 when I had to stop because of some injuries.
On the day I finished my last game was also the first day I stepped
into the gym. I instantly fell in love with fitness and the positive
impact it had on me and on other people around me.
From that day I felt different, I felt that I found my true calling
in life and I decided to arm myself with as much knowledge and work as
hard as possible in order to become the best version of myself, and to
inspire others to do so.
Fitness teaches positivity, discipline, hard work, persistency,
patience and delayed gratification not to mention the countless benefits
it has for your mind and body.
I’ve been lucky to be able to learn from elite professors during my
university studies and being coached by top people from the fitness
industry while I was competing on national level and also representing
my country on European and World Fitness & Bodybuilding
championships.
My goal is to inspire, empower and change as many lives as possible
through a healthy, honest and positive approach with strategies and
plans that require hard, dedication and consistency but are also fun and
can be easily incorporated into peoples daily lives.
